Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders The Ponderosa Planner is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders are expected to ship in July 2026. You will be notified by email when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ponderosa.co within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Refund Policy for details on replacements.
